Terry Allen

Long time Athens photographer, Terry Allen is known throughout the U.S. and the rest of the world as a leading outdoor photographer, specializing in fine guns and sporting destinations. He has done humanitarian assignments with Sally Struthers in Africa, managed Arista Records artists Dreams So Real and photographed notable rock bands such as The B-52s, REM, Indigo Girls, The Black Crowes and Widespread Panic. 

 In  2012 he photographed a book for English gun maker Westley Richards that set a new quality level in the gun book industry.  His work is regularly featured in Covey Rise, Shooting Sportsman, and Garden and Gun magazine. Current clients include Orvis, Beretta, Westley Richards, Purdey, Kevin’s Outdoors, Caesar Guerini, Lovat Tweed and a wide host of upscale hunting lodges all over the globe.  

 He can be found in the record store or at home with his wife, children, turntable and Beatles collection.
